Wanna know a secret... this is a fantastic plane.
What you get is amazing quality, excellent design and superb flying qualities. The x tail is just unbelievable - the way the whole tail slots together, the pre-installation of the fin servo, the linkage - the whole damn thing is just plain splendid.
Building is a doddle. Just be aware that the spar goes a fair way back from the joiner hole, so don't make your hole for the wiring too close to the joiner box.
Flying the little tinker is a treat. The amount of elevator movement you can get away with is awesome. Braking is steep and stable. Aerobatics are super simple with the excellent tracking the X tail provides. Energy retention is amazingly good for a small model and I wouldn't hesitate to use it as a back up F3F model.
Finally, the one thing you can't really describe is the simple joy of ownership.
