Competition ran like clockwork thanks to local chaps who managed to squeeze lots of rounds in for us.
One of the most thermic events for ages - Ken Woodhouse in 15th and John Phillips in 19th - crazy!
John Bennett got some consistent speed and used it well to win.
Mark Southall came back from some bad early air to take second with his new Skorpion.
Mick Lideard's new construction blue Elita looked gorgeous.
Likewise Tom McPherson's Caldera.
Race M continues to impress as being in the true upper echelon of models to have
Hope the poor sod who needed the air ambulance following a car crash on the Whitby Road hairpin made it through ok.
Safety line was cunningly placed in the best air. Need to get the bases back.
Thanks to Andrzej for driving. I got back from Scotland at midnight the night before, worked the whole journey to North Yorks and back and then left for work at 6.30 the next morning. Without Andrzej I'd have had no chance of competing - cheers dude.
