Ascot

Just a quick update to scotch rumours of me getting a life. 

The new Ascot fuz with the plug on tail is awesome, but being tied to wing ballast is a pain.  After a bit of head scratching I came up with a way to get a tube for around 750g in the fuz. The final piece of ballast is held in place by the canopy pushing down on to the handle screwed into the ballast slug.  The two screws in the final piece of ballast stop the ballast rotating and keep the handle upright and hence pushed in place.

I've only flown her once in fairly bumpy conditions.  I was expecting the good tracking and exceptional turn performance, but she was a lot faster in a straight line than I was expecting.  Far to early to judge yet though.  Hopefully I'll post an update here soon.
